Rising above Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, Spire was designed to connect residents with the city and its surrounding landscape through light-filled interiors, expansive views, and a refined material palette. Working alongside Robin Chell Design and the project team, we developed a custom modular solution that brought consistency across the building while accommodating the unique requirements of each residence.

From early design through installation, we partnered closely with the team to create tailored configurations that balanced design flexibility with efficient execution. The result is a cohesive bathroom experience throughout all 343 residences, demonstrating how thoughtful customization and collaborative design can support a shared vision at every scale.
