HOTEL
HOTEL CALIFORNIAN
At Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara, history and unexpected design details come together to create a distinctive hospitality experience. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Moroccan-inspired property reinterprets Spanish Colonial Revival architecture through a layered approach to texture, color, and craftsmanship.
We partnered with the design team to bring a sense of refinement and character to the guest experience, creating solutions that complement the hotel’s richly considered interiors. Through thoughtful materiality and tactile details, each space reflects a balance between heritage and contemporary expression.
